What is the difference between the Family Protection Plan and the Septic Protection Plan?
The Septic Protection Plan covers your septic system. The Family Protection Plan covers the septic system and adds whole-home plumbing coverage: a yearly plumbing inspection, a water test, waived dispatch fees, member discounts on plumbing and drains, and extended 3-year warranties.
How much is the Family Protection Plan?
For a 1,000-gallon tank it is $35.99 a month over 24 months, or $864 up front. 1,250-gallon tanks are $37.99 a month or $912, and 1,500-gallon tanks are $39.99 a month or $960.
Do I need to know my tank size?
It helps, and it is often on your septic permit. If you do not know, we confirm it at the first visit.
Does it cover emergencies?
Members get priority emergency response and no dispatch fee during business hours on weekdays.
