01Price$159 for your first year and $129 a year when you renew. Monthly payment options are available. We will not raise the price during your term.
02TermOne year, starting when we receive your payment or first apply a member discount.
03No automatic renewalYour membership ends on its expiration date unless you choose to renew. We may invite you to renew, and you are never charged without your approval.
04CancellingEither side may end the membership with 30 days’ notice by email or phone. Membership payments are not refunded.
05Warranty serviceWarranty calls are answered 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays. We repair or replace the covered product within 30 days and aim for 5.
06What the warranty coversThe replacement product only, not labor, materials or related damage, and it is not transferable to a future owner.

How much is the Plumbing Protection Partnership?

$159 for the first year and $129 a year when you renew, with monthly payment options.

Does it renew automatically?

No. It ends after one year unless you choose to renew, and renewing costs $129 a year.

What does the yearly inspection include?

Sinks, drains, disposals, toilets, exposed water lines, water pressure and thermal expansion, water heater safety, outside fixtures, emergency shut-offs and a basic water test. We also flush up to two water heaters or descale one tankless unit.

Does it include septic discounts?

No. Septic discounts come with the Septic Protection Plan and the Family Protection Plan. The Family Protection Plan covers your plumbing and your septic system in one membership.

Can I cancel?

Yes, with 30 days’ notice. Membership payments are not refunded.
