Are these prices final?
No. They are starting prices from our 2026 pricebook. Every job is different, so a real person reviews what you need and confirms your price before anything is scheduled.
Is there a dispatch fee?
Plumbing visits usually carry a dispatch fee, starting from $99, to get a licensed technician to your home. Plumbing Protection Partnership and Family Protection Plan members do not pay it.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are shown before tax. Connecticut sales tax is added where the state requires it.
How much do members save?
Plumbing Protection Partnership and Family Protection Plan members get 10% off plumbing and drain service, 5% off water and sewer line work, and no dispatch fee. Septic discounts come with the Septic Protection Plan, which takes 5% off septic installs, and the Family Protection Plan, which also takes 10% off septic pumping and repairs.
Can the price change once you arrive?
Only if the job is different from what was booked, such as a bigger tank or a deeper lid. You see any change and approve it before we start.
