Draft for the concept. Have counsel review this policy before the site launches.
Drainworks Plumbing & Septic LLC ("Drainworks", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website or book service with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us, such as your name, phone number, email address and service address.
- Details about the job, such as the service you need, your septic tank size, photos you upload and the times that work for you.
- Payment information, which is handled by our payment and financing providers and not stored on this website.
- Basic website usage data, such as pages visited and the device and browser used, collected with cookies and analytics tools.
How we use it
- To quote, schedule and complete the work you ask for.
- To send appointment updates, including text messages when you agree to receive them.
- To manage memberships, warranties and service reminders.
- To improve this website and understand which services people look for.
Text messages
If you agree to receive texts, we send messages about your request and appointments only. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of getting a quote.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the companies that help us deliver service, such as scheduling, payment, and communication providers, and with a financing company when you choose to apply. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep service records for as long as needed to support warranties, memberships and records the law requires, such as septic pump-out reports filed with health districts.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your contact information, or stop marketing messages at any time, by emailing [email protected] or calling (860) 292-0484.
