Draft for the concept. Have counsel review these terms before the site launches.
Prices
Prices on this website are starting prices from the Drainworks 2026 pricebook, shown before tax. They are estimates, not quotes. A member of our team confirms your price before work is scheduled, and no work starts until you approve it. If the job turns out different from what was booked, such as a larger tank or deeper lids, we explain the change before we start.
Fees
Some visits carry fees, such as a plumbing dispatch fee, same-day service, septic truck trip charges or travel to towns outside our primary area. Dispatch fees are waived for Plumbing Protection Partnership and Family Protection Plan members. Starting amounts are listed on our pricing page, and we explain any fee before your appointment.
Guarantees and warranties
- Residential drain cleaning carries a 30-day no-clog guarantee. Eligible residential sewer jetting may carry a 90-day no-clog guarantee.
- Repairs and installations carry the warranty stated on your invoice, such as 3 or 5 years on qualifying underground repairs.
- Family Protection Plan members receive extended coverage as described in their plan.
Memberships
Memberships are governed by their own agreements, which you receive before you join. Key terms are summarized on each membership page.
Offers
Offers and discounts cannot be combined unless stated, and apply only to new work booked while the offer is active.
Payment
We accept cash, check, credit card, venmo and zelle. Financing is provided by third-party lenders, subject to credit approval.
